Crystal Benson

Crystal started in banking as a cashier in November 2021, progressing to savings account roles within three months before securing sponsorship for her CeMAP qualification, which she completed in January 2023. She then worked as a mortgage adviser with Halifax across Bridlington and Scarborough before moving into a home-based advisory role.

Before banking, Crystal held customer-facing roles at Marks & Spencer and a men's tailoring shop while raising her family. She helps make complex mortgages feel stress-free, with a particular focus on first-time buyers and home movers, and an approach built on approachability, clear communication and genuine support.
