Bijal began her career in the property sector as a letting agent before moving into estate agency, where she supported clients through the buying and selling process. This early exposure to property naturally led her into financial services, where she moved into a mortgage administration role in 2017. During this time, she built a strong technical foundation and completed her CeMAP qualification. In 2022, she progressed into a mortgage and protection adviser role, combining her experience across property, sales, and finance to support clients with clarity and confidence.
Bijal’s approach is centred around simplicity and understanding. She recognises that mortgages can often feel complex and overwhelming, and takes pride in breaking everything down into clear, straightforward language so clients fully understand their options at every stage.

On a personal level, Bijal’s perspective has been shaped by experiencing a stroke, which has given her a deeper understanding of the importance of protection planning. This experience drives her commitment to ensuring clients are not only able to secure their homes, but are also properly protected for the future.
Outside of work, Bijal enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and exploring new places. She has a strong problem-solving mindset -something reflected in her ability to complete a Rubik’s Cube – and has recently taken up baking sourdough.
