With a strong background in banking and customer-focused roles, Crystal brings energy, empathy and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Crystal began her career in banking in November 2021, starting as a cashier before quickly progressing within three months into a role opening savings accounts. Driven to develop further, she proactively approached her area manager to secure sponsorship for her CeMAP qualification, which she successfully completed by January 2023. She then moved into a mortgage advisory role with Halifax, working across branches in Bridlington and Scarborough before transitioning into a home-based adviser role. Seeking a better work-life balance and greater control over how she supports her clients, Crystal joined The Mortgage Experts to continue building her career.

Prior to banking, Crystal worked in customer-facing roles at Marks & Spencer and within a men’s tailoring shop, balancing her career alongside raising her family. This consistent experience working directly with people has shaped her natural ability to listen, understand, and deliver the right outcomes for her clients.

Crystal’s approach is built around being approachable, supportive, and clear. She creates an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions and fully understanding every step of the process. Whether someone is buying their first home or moving up the ladder, she takes pride in making the experience as smooth and positive as possible.

What drives Crystal day-to-day is her family, who are a constant source of motivation and support. That same dedication carries through into her work, where she strives to deliver the highest level of service and build long-term relationships as a trusted adviser.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys travelling and has been fortunate to experience some incredible destinations, with Venice being a particular favourite. Family life is at the heart of everything she does -she is married to Joe, and together they have three children: Lewis, who is in his final year of an architecture degree; Scarlett, who will be starting university at Northumbria; and Teddy, who has a keen interest in computers. The family also includes their pug, Pugsley. Spending quality time together is something Crystal values highly.
