Managing Director

I have worked within the mortgage industry for over 15 years and I am as passionate about it today as I was then!

My role requires me to drive the business, it’s growth, the  advisers and employees, to deliver a first class service to our clients and stakeholders. Our philosophy is to create an unrivalled Customer Journey, making the process of financing or refinancing your home as easy and stress-free as possible.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing rugby for my local team and skiing in the winter in the French or Austrian Alps.

Operations Manager

I have worked in the estate agency and financial services world since I left school at 18 years old.

My role is to ensure the smooth running of the business and ensure there are clear lines of communication between the advisers and our clients. I work with our client experience team to nurture our clients, supporting them throughout their home buying or remortgaging journey.

A devout petrol head, I have a keen interest in cars as well as keeping myself fit at the gym!

Head of Client Services

My role as head of client services and support sees me running our team of dedicated mortgage case handlers to ensure that the client experience is second to none. I work closely with our client support team and our team of mortgage brokers. I am always on hand to trouble shoot as and when it is required.

In my spare time, I love to keep fit, whether that be at the gym, on my bike or on long walks with my family. I love weight training too!

Associate Engagement Manager

I’m a professional mortgage & protection advisor, based in Nottingham. I’ve spent most of my career working within the motor trade, and have a clear understanding of the unique pressures this can bring. I’m able to offer clear and relevant advice for all associate needs, whether it be re-mortgage options, first time buyer requirements or protection needs.

In my spare time I like to cook and play the guitar, but not at the same time!

I have been in mortgage for over 15 years, having started working for a corporate estate agency before moving into brokering in 2010. I love this industry because I get to help people achieve their dreams. I have specialist knowledge in buy to lets, adverse credit and debt consolidation mortgages as well as the usual remortgaging and home mover process. 

In my spare time I love to spend time with my young son, or seeing friends and family for a drink or dinner.

I have recently moved from being a tied adviser to a whole of market broker as I feel there is a mortgage out there for everyone and this gives every client more options.

I am passionate about ensuring that all clients receive a fantastic service and that we discuss protecting the home and family with each client.

In my spare time I like to spend time with my husband, two children & the family cocker spaniel.  I’m also part of my church worship band and a children’s ministry weekly lead, so completely understand juggling working around being the family chef/chauffeur & maid!
